With the software bundle MetaServer/ MetaClient a new level of patient data management has been introduced by MetaSystems. The software bundle, which comes as a part of the new Ikaros and Isis Versions 5.4, is a comprehensive dashboard to maintain, filter, search, and summarize case and image data from all systems in the network.
While MetaServer automatically indexes the data in the background, the major strength of MetaClient lies in the convenient filtering options, which are performed with few mouse clicks. Any search query can retreive cases which match several definable criteria. Due to the special indexing algorithms from MetaServer all queries are processed extremely fast. Even tasks like sorting and filtering large databases are performed rapidly, and the results are displayed without delay. All filtered cases and images can be loaded directly into Ikaros or Isis. All lists and views of the main window can be either exported or printed.
