Assessing DNA Damage
Metafer MNScore, a software add-on for the metaphase finderMSearch, automatically scans slides prepared for the cytokinesis-block micronucleus assay. Bi-nucleated cells are reliably detected and analyzed for the presence of micronuclei. Various parameters facilitate precise adjustment of cell detection and analysis criteria. Results are shown in a cell gallery, and are summarized with a data histogram. Histogram classes (e.g. all cells with micronuclei) can be selected, and the gallery can be set to display only the selected population.
