The datasheet integrated in Ikaros and Isis can be used to generate customized print forms and reports.
mFISH: The single color gallery in Isis displays each single color channel, the fluorochrome profiles, and the DAPI image side by side.
With the relocation system ReloSys metaphases and other objects detected by a Metafer system can be analyzed remotely.
Metaphases on clonal slides are automatically assigned to the respective clones. The clone identifier is transferred to Ikaros after AutoCapt image acquisition.
With the extraordinary LED microscope illumination device high-quality color images in Brightfield are generated.
With the tissue FISH module analysis of cell signals in tissues is very easy. Results are available immediately and can be easily validated.
Patient and image data can be conveniently displayed, filtered, and summarized.
ReloSys
Precise and Fast Automatic Relocation
Designed to complement the scanning system Metafer, ReloSys offers the identical graphical user interface, loads any Metafer search gallery, and displays the objects found by Metafer in the gallery view. Relocate objects as quickly, easily and precisely as in Metafer with a single click on a gallery image. The motorized microscope stage can be adapted to all microscope brands. Even existing third party image analysis stations can be combined with ReloSys systems. The automatic relocation increases the ergonomics of any interactive image analysis station in combination with Metafer.
- Analysis of FISH signals provided by Metafer MetaCyte
Select, mark, reject and delete objects exactly like in Metafer. Review and correct MetaCyte galleries. Control fluorescent signals directly in the microscope for inconclusive results.
- Interactive aberration scoring
Using the integrated comprehensive scoring sheet, chromosomal aberrations can be analyzed from data provided by MSearch. The scoring sheet is user definable and directly linked to the metaphase gallery. A simple mouse click on a gallery image relocates the metaphase of interest. Using a high magnification objective, aberrations can be analyzed directly in the live image. If aberration scoring has been carried out, detailed results can be printed or exported in a comprehensive evaluation report. The evaluation report summarizes all information of aberration analysis and is freely adaptable.
Flexible Configuration
The smart design of the ReloSys system provides enormous flexibility and compatibility even with non MetaSystems products.
- Hardware requirements
ReloSys can be adapted to all microscope brands (e.g. Carl Zeiss, Olympus, Leica, or Nikon). Even older microscope series can easily be equipped with a motorized stage. No motorized focus drive required - relocation process is solely controlled by the motorized microscope stage.
- Components of a ReloSys system
Complete ReloSys stations come with a PC, monitor, ReloSys software, a 1-, or 4-slide motorized stage (depending on the type of microscope) and its appropriate controller card. Relocation systems ordered with capture functionality are equipped with the high resolution MetaSystems CoolCube 1m camera. As an upgrade the interactive image analysis software packages Ikaros and/or Isis can be implemented.
- Integration of MSearch/ReloSys into an existing image analysis system
Already existing image analysis systems can be combined with ReloSys / Metafer MSearch. Your image analysis system with the camera and attached microscope stays untouched. All we have to do is to exchange the existing microscope stage against a motorized one which is connected to a second PC that hosts ReloSys. On one screen you can select and relocate your object of choice on the other system you operate the existing image analysis system as usual.
