New Region Detection Algorithm
A variety of new parameters make the clone detection tool even more flexible
With the current pre-release version of Metafer (V. 3.9.117) MetaSystems introduces a completely new algorithm for automated region or clone detection on the slide. Many additional parameters offer an extremely high degree of flexibility, allowing for adapting the automated region detection to a much wider variety of preparations.
After detection of regions the cells, nuclei, or metaphases within each region can be easily selected, and selectively displayed in the gallery. Information on the total number of regions, the region of origin, and the number of metaphases within this region is automatically stored with the metaphase, and is of course also transferred to the Ikaros or Isis image.
